Carolina South Builders, Inc of Jacksonville, North Carolina presents the Town of Maysville with a $40,000 grant for infiltration infrastructure improvement and repairs.

“Recently the town of Maysville has done extensive repairs and improvements on the inflow and infiltration problems with the sewer system and this additional grant will only further our efforts to make more improvements allowing the town the opportunity for future residential and commercial development”, said Mr. Billy Ray Waddell, Town Manager of Maysville.

Carolina South Builders, Inc. will be developing a 173-acre, 200-home planned residential lake community in Maysville, with low-country style architecture similar to what you see in Charleston or Savannah. Carolina South Builders expects to break ground on The Lakes at White Oak in spring of 2008. “This will be a one-of-a kind community for our area offering its residents numerous amenities including walking trails, a Lake Clubhouse with a pool and fitness center, canoe, kayak and boat launch as well as picnic areas and event pavilion”, says James Maides one of the principals for Carolina South Builders.
